Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation of the alley in Block Forty (40), plat of the Second Addition to the Town (now City) of Seattle, as laid off by the Heirs of Sarah A. Bell (deceased), as provided in Ordinance No. 47392 of said City, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
