Introduced as Council Bill 162

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the central 24 feet of 1st Avenue South from center of King Street to center of Connecticut Street and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
