Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Dearborn Street in the City of Seattle from 10th Avenue South to the alley between Maynard Avenue and 6th Avenue South; by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing for the payment therefor in installments and establishing a fund for such payment by the levying and collection of special assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement, and providing for the issuance of bonds as authorized by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled: "An act relating to the internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon property benefited by local improvements and declaring an emergency, approved March 9, 1893, and under the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance No. 3340, approved July 11, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved March 5, 1897, and the city charter as now in force.
