Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as West 44th Place, from the intersection of 11th Avenue Northwest and West 44th Street to West 45th Street at a point approximately 160 feet east of the intersection of West 45th Street with 14th Avenue Northwest; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of said West 44th Place; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of the above described place, and for the establishing of the grades and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said place; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment on the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
