Title

An ordinance relating to, and providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation of Fidalgo Street, from East Marginal Way westerly to an intersection with the government meander line, as provided in Ordinance No. 46352 , by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay Therefore, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said streets and avenues, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
