Introduced as Council Bill 85

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of James Street in the City of Seattle between 1st and 2nd Avenues, by paving the same with brick and curbs with granite, said pavement being placed upon a proper concrete foundation and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
