Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Broad Street from 2nd Avenue to 4th Avenue North; Clay Street from 2nd Avenue to 4th Avenue; Denny Way, from 2nd Avenue North to 4th Avenue North; 3rd Avenue and 3rd Avenue North from Cedar Street to John Street; Nob Hill Avenue, from Denny Way to John Street; and 4th Avenue, from Clay Street to Denny Way; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary to acquire the right to grade and regrade said streets and avenues, in conformity with the grades established herein, and to make the cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets and avenues; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessments on the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
