Title

An ordinance relating to the improvement of Hudson Street, from 50th Avenue South to a point 120 feet east of 53rd Avenue South, and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, by grading and gravelling, and otherwise improving the same; all in accordance with Resolution No. 8082 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds".
