Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in block 46, Pontius 2nd Addition Supplemental, being the alley between Summit Avenue North and Belmont Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to East Harrison Street; by paving and otherwise improving the same; all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 97682 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds".
