Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue South in the City of Seattle from King Street to Dearborn Street, by re-planking and re-side walking the same and repairing foundations thereof, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
