Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of North 81st Street and North 82nd Street, each between Stone Avenue and Woodland Park Avenue; of Stone Avenue, between North 80th Street and North 82nd Street; of Interlake Avenue, from North 80th Street to North 85th Street; of the alley between North 82nd Street and North 83rd Street, from Stone Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue; of the alley between Stone Avenue and Woodland Park Avenue, from the alley platted in Block 2, Boren's Addition to the City of Seattle, to the alley as platted in Block 3, said Addition; and of the alley between Stone Avenue and Interlake Avenue, from North 80th Street to the alley as platted in Block 1, Lakeview Heights Addition to the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessments upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
