Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public alley, in block 40, Plat of 2nd Addition, to the Town, now city, of Seattle, as laid off by the Heirs of Sarah A. Bell, deceased, from Lenora Street to Virginia Street; providing for the establishing of the grades of said alley; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of the grades, and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said alley; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
