Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Yesler Way from west curb line of Occidental Avenue to center line of 5th Avenue, by replanking the same, and repairing bulkheads where necessary and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
