Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue South in the City of Seattle from south margin of Yesler Way to a line 120 feet south of south margin line of Jackson Street, by replanking the following described portions thereof to-wit: east half of the block between Yesler Way and Washington Street; east half of block between Washington Street and Main Streets; all of the block between Main and Jackson Streets, and all of block south of Jackson Street, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
