Title

An ordinance providing for the establishing of curb grades of Melrose Place, from Melrose Avenue to Howell Street, and of Howell Street from Eastlake Avenue to Denny Way; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading of said Place and Street, in conformity with the grades established herein, and for the cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said Place and Street; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
