Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Madison Street in the City of Seattle, from Boren Avenue to the north line of 29th Avenue North by constructing on both sides thereof, proper sidewalk, all necessary cross walks, gutters and other appurtenances, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
