Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and alley over and across portions of Tracts 8, 9, 10, Claremont Home Tracts, now a portion of the City of Seattle, from Dakota Street to Andover Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property therefor; providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
