Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation of Beach Drive, from the north line of Seashore Park Addition to West Seattle, southerly to an intersection with Beach Drive as platted in Spring Hill Park Addition to the City of Seattle, at West Juneau Street, as provided in Ordinance No. 42738 of the City of Seattle by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
