Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in block 5, Denny-Fuhrman Addition, being the alley between Eastlake Avenue and Franklin Avenue, from Roanoke Street to Edgar Street, by paving and otherwise improving the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 89283, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
