Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Lakeside Avenue South, from Irving Street to the south line of Burke's 2nd Addition, thence south to a connection with Frink Boulevard, by grading and otherwise improving the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7353 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds."
