Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway over and across portions of Blocks Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), and Eighteen (18), Ballard Tide Lands, from the intersection of Seaview Avenue, as established by deed, Ordinance No. 42187, and West 65th Street, northwesterly parallel with the northeasterly margin of Salmon Bay Waterway to an intersection with the Inner Harbor Line; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of lands and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
