Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in block 27, Denny-Fuhrman Addition, being the alley between 11th Avenue North and 12th Avenue North, from Hamlin Street to Shelby Street; by paving and otherwise improving the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 89134, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
