Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in block 14, Plat of Columbia, being the alley between Ferdinand Street and Hudson Street, extending from 35th avenue South to 42nd Avenue South, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7188, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
