Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of 35th Avenue South, from Massachusetts Street to Day Street; by grading and otherwise improving the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 87956, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
