Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of 5th Avenue, from Virginia Street to Bell Street; all in the City of Seattle, by paving a strip eighteen (18) feet in width; all in accordance with Resolution No. 7387, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
