Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Jefferson Street in the City of Seattle from end of present sewer in said street between 3rd and 4th Streets, to the alley between 6th and 7th Streets, by constructing in said portion of Jefferson Street an iron stone pipe sewer, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
