Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in block 48, Supplemental Pontius' 2nd Addition, being the alley between Summit Avenue North and Belmont Avenue North, from East Denny Way to Olive Way; by paving and otherwise improving the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 88622, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
