Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of North 70th Street, as established by Ordinance no. 42799, from Fremont Avenue to Greenwood Avenue; and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, by grading and otherwise improving the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7314, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
