Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in block 13, Pontius 4th addition, being the alley between Pontius Avenue and Yale Avenue North, from Denny Way to John Street; all in the City of Seattle, by paving and otherwise improving the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7228, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
