Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Graham Street, from Rainier Avenue to 52nd Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and otherwise improving the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 86868, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
