Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in block 31, Law's Addition to the City of Seattle, and in block 3, D.M. Crane's Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley between 16th Avenue North and 17th Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to East Harrison Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6629, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
