Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Nob Hill Avenue, in the City of Seattle form John Street to Aloha Street, by constructing an iron stone pipe sewer therein, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
