Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of 24th Avenue South, from Spokane Street to Andover Street; and Spokane Street from 24th Avenue South to Beacon Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7307, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
