Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in block 7, Hillman City Division No. 1, being the alley west of Rainier Avenue, between Orcas Street and Findlay Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 86180, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
