Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, from 1st Avenue South to a point 50 feet east of 3rd Avenue South; and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6304, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
