Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of 62nd Avenue South and 63rd Avenue South, each from the south line of Fern Hill Addition to Waters Avenue, and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7066, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
