Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley between block 53, Supplemental Pontius' 2nd Addition, and block 2, Harvard Heights Addition, being the alley between Belmont Avenue North and Boylston Avenue North, from East John Street to East Thomas Street, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7135, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district thereof, and providing that payment for said improvement shall be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
