Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the acquisition, by condemnation or purchase, of a right of way for a transmission line to be situated in the County of Snohomish, in the state of Washington, as an addition to the existing municipal light and power plant and system of the City of Seattle, providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property and property rights and privileges necessary for said transmission line to be constructed for the purpose of furnishing the City of Seattle and its inhabitants thereof, and any other persons, with electrical energy for lighting and other public uses, to be generated by the hydro- electric power plant of the City of Seattle, located on the Skagit River, in Whatcom County, Washington, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made therefor.
