Title

An ordinance providing for the construction of a trunk sewer and subsewers along 34th Avenue West, from Gilman Avenue to McCord Place, and from Emerson Street to Ruffner Street, and along and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues; the construction of a branch or lateral sewers along certain streets and avenues, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7221, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment in Bonds", adopting the maps, plans and specifications for such improvement.
