Title

An ordinance providing for the establishing of curb grades of East Madison Street from 29th Avenue North to Washington Boulevard as platted in McGraw's Washington Park Addition, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading of said street in conformity with the grades established herein, and for the fills upon the property abutting upon said street; providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
