Introduced as Council Bill 34121

Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of North 35th Street, from Woodland Park Avenue to Aurora Avenue; and Albion Place, from North 34th Street to North 36th Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said street and place, in conformity with the grades established herein, and for the cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said street and place; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessments upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
