Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ward Street, from Taylor Avenue to west margin of 5th Avenue North; and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues; all in The City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7217 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
