An Ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 9th Avenue South, from Weller Street to Dearborn Street, and from Plummer Street to Diagonal Avenue, and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, in accordance with Resolution No. 6522, creating a local improvement district therefor, providing the mode of payment therefor, and repealing Ordinance No. 42730.
