Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 39th Avenue South, from Angeline Street to Ferdinand Street, all in The City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7164 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
