Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 16th Avenue Northwest, from West 75th Street to West 80th Street, and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues; all in The City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7026 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
