Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Findlay Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 46th Avenue South, and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues; all in The City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 7087 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
