Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of Brandon Way, from Brandon Street to 42nd Avenue South; of Bennett Street, from Brandon Way as established herein to 45th Avenue South, from Brandon Street to Bennett Street as established herein; and of the Alley between Brandon Way and Rainier Avenue, from Brandon Street to 42nd Avenue South; Bennett Street, from Brandon Way as established herein to 45th Avenue South as established herein; 45th Avenue South, from Brandon Street to Bennett Street as established herein, and the Alley between Brandon Way and Rainier Avenue, from Brandon Street to 42nd Avenue South providing, for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of the above described way, street, avenue and alley, and for the establishing of the grades and for the grading of the above way, street, avenue and alley in conformity with the grades established herein; providing for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said way, street, avenue and alley; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
