Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 38, John H. Nagle's 1st Addition, being the alley extending from East Howell Street to East Denny Way, between 12th Avenue and 13th Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 84664, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
