Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Olive Way, from Bellevue Avenue to East John Street; and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6985, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
