Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of West 59th Street, from 1st Avenue Northwest to 3rd Avenue Northwest, and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 83214, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
